Growing business with a steady work-flow of upcoming projects. These projects are residential landscapes ranging from small inner-city courtyard renovations to new home landscape constructions. A licensed builder and member of Master Builders and Landscape Victoria they pride themselves on quality craftsmanship.
The Position:
- Leading and managing a team of 3-5 people you will report directly to the business owner
- With your team you will be constructing and installing all aspects of residential landscapes including: paving, concreting, stone work, brick and block work, carpentry installations, earthworks, drainage, irrigation and soft landscaping
- Working in numerous locations in and around Melbourne
- Assisting in the on-site training and development of apprentices
The Applicant will have:
- Certificate 3 in Horticulture (Landscape Construction) and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified landscaper.
- a current manual driver’s license
- a red/white OH&S induction card
- Some of your own tools
- a comprehensive knowledge and skill base in aspects of hard and soft landscaping with strong attention to detail
- exceptional customer service, communication and organisational skills
- a great team ethic and be both reliable and punctual
Package will include company vehicle and wage will be competitive and negotiated based on experience. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is interested in a long term career in residential landscape construction with a very progressive and modern company located in the South Eastern Suburbs with work across most areas of Melbourne.
