WOOLLEY APPLIANCE SERVICES
We are Melbourne's leading appliance and electronics service centre. We provide service support for major appliance manufacturers such as Samsung , Bosch and LG Electronics to name a few.
We have branches in Ravenhall VIC and Clayton VIC to ensure optimum coverage across Melbourne for all our customers to deliver a prompt and efficient level of service.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Appliance Technician position is responsible for providing field in-home service to customers who primarily have faulty washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and or refrigerators
No cookware work.
We currently have 2 positions available at both our branches - Ravenhall and Clayton. On successful completion of training you will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, uniform, training and ongoing support.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Assessing and repairing products in the field
- Providing customers with a great level of service
- Checking allocated parts each morning for your schedule
- Accessing bulletins and manuals to improve efficiency
- Attending training sessions where required
- Delivering quality workmanship
Contracting positions available for the right person.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous appliance or whiteg oods repair experience or relevant mechanical or electrical skills
- Great communication skills
- Drivers license
- Strong team and work ethic.
- Good presentation.
