We are seeking a competent person to perform general building maintenance tasks and provide assistance with facilities maintenance. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for undertaking tasks associated with the property maintenance of government properties
Applicants must be in a position to start ASAP and be aware there are a number of processes to complete, which requires your full co-operation to co-ordinate and include items such as interview with Tecside, validation of experience and potential interview with client.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in many aspects of repair and maintenance work (painting, basic plumbing, joinery, tiling, plastering,)
- Understanding of OHS responsibilities and practices
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and time management
- Relevant qualifications (advantageous)
- Must have unlimited work rights in Australia
