We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven professional to join the Joss Facility Management team as a LAHC Supervisor, servicing the Lands and Housing Asset Maintenance Contract, from our Albury office. 

This role manages and reports on the delivery of maintenance resources and programs, including subcontractors, to internal and external stakeholders. 

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • Qualified tradesman (preferably carpentry)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the building industry
  • Demonstrated experience in Facility Maintenance
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft products.

Remuneration package by negotiation based on above criteria.  A mobile phone and motor vehicle will be provided to the successful applicant.
