We are a South Australian organisation located in Richmond and are looking for a reliable Contract Manager.  The Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring our organisation’s contractual obligations are being fulfilled and maintained through prudent contract management.

Exact Cleaning and Maintenance Services is a commercial cleaning company specializing in shopping centres and malls, medical centres, private and public schools, office complexes and state and federal government facilities, industrial offices and warehouses.

We provide customer service excellence in cleaning and maintenance services that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. We offer solutions for all types of client needs and maintain the highest standards in workplace equality and ethics.

The Contract Manager will manage a portfolio of sites ensuring high-quality cleaning and maintenance services are provided effectively and efficiently to all clients at all times, working collectively with the Operations Manager, site supervisors, and cleaning staff.

This role requires after-hours work and the candidate will need to be contactable outside of normal business hours.  This role would suit a person that enjoys working autonomously and is motivated by a diverse and fast-paced environment.

Competencies and Skills required

Sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Understanding of business operations and site scope of works 

High level organizational and time management skills with continuous attention to detail 

Excellent communication and customer service skills 

Uses initiative with solution/results focus at an operational level 

High level of integrity and maintains confidentiality at all times 

Problem-solving and resolution skills 

Willingness to learn and explore new areas

Open to change and implementation of continuous improvement processes and procedures 

Adaptable and flexible team player, with the ability to provide leadership, willing to assist staff, and ability to also work autonomously                                                                Able to work and attend training out of hours if necessary and able to relieve cleaning staff when required

Reliable and honest, personable manner with cultural awareness and sensitivity
