Claytons (AUST) is a leading manufacturer of kitchen and lifestyle joinery products. We design, manufacture, supply and install the highest quality kitchens, bathrooms and lifestyle joinery with prompt and reliable customer service nationally. Our product offer consists of joinery, stone benchtops and glass splashbacks.
Claytons requires an experienced Cabinet Maker to install outstanding (maintenance) products to our already installed joinery and attend Onsite Service Calls across its residential jobs in South Eastern and surrounding suburbs. There is no need to come to head office from day to day as all products will be delivered to your area. The position is for a Sub-Contractor who will be reporting directly to the Area Site Coordinator.
Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with internal staff on issues and resolutions.
- Installing outstanding products onsite to rectify all defects.
- Attend scheduled customer appointment on time.
In order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Able to competently lift 25kgs
- Have experience using hand tools (Cabinet Making)
- Extensive experience in cabinet making and/or joinery installations.
- Proven track record in customer service with strong & proactive communication skills.
- Dealing with builders and client representatives' onsite including; Project Managers, Site Managers.
- Ability to understand and adhere to stringent QA installation procedures.
- Understand and adhere to OH&S practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
