Part-time, 17.5 hours per week - competitive package including branded company vehicle.
CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning business enjoying continued growth across Queensland.
We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable, customer-service driven Cleaning Supervisor for 17.5 hours per week to support and supervise our dedicated team of cleaning staff to deliver high quality cleaning services to key client’s in and around Mackay. Quality assurance visits to client sites are a regular feature of role and a company branded vehicle is provided. (Open QLD Drivers licence required)
Previous Supervisory / Team leadership experience, preferably gained in the cleaning industry will be highly regarded, as will:
- a natural flair for organising and prioritising and 'getting the job done'
- effective interpersonal & communication skills / ability to quickly establish productive working relationships
- strong administrative / record keeping skills
- attention to detail with demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement
- ability to work with significant autonomy
- experience building and leading high performing teams
- competence in identifying issues, generating and applying practical solutions
- competent using IT systems / new technology e.g. Lap Top, IPad, IPhone, etc.
- ability to achieve consistently great results in an environment of changing priorities
A track record of success in a similarly demanding role may be what sets you apart from others, however having the abilities, skills and knowledge necessary to hit the ground running is a pre-requisite. The successful applicant must possess or be eligible to obtain a WWC Blue Card and meet all clients' health and safety and other induction requirements e.g. pre-employment medical requirements, Police Check etc.
