About The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a casual field service technician to join our awesome team in Victoria.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Conducting Parking Equipment Inspection/Repair/Fault Finding/Testing and Resolution
  • Ensure that our customer contract service levels are complied with
  • Completion of Process documentation and reporting
  • Installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Loading of software
  • Cleaning of equipment including the removal of graffiti
  • Installation and removal of advertising material and consumables
  • Proactive maintenance of equipment
  • Adherence to OH&S policies and procedures
  • Inventory control

 And What You’ll Need

As the successful candidate you will possess:

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Performance focus
  • Ability to liaise with customer personnel at all levels
  • Ability to liaise with internal personnel at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving demands
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of computer devices and applications
