Reporting into a Team Leader you'll be allocated to one of our 5 finishing teams. With over 300 product lines we manufacture and ship books, cards, calendars, canvas, gifts and prints all over the world. Your role will be in manufacturing these products! On the job training will be provided but some roles will require prior experience to be a viable candidate. Each team and stage of production has productivity targets employees must meet to ensure we service demand, on time and to budget.

We have multiple roles and positions available. These include Gillo, Book Binding, Case making, Wiro Binding, Punching, Shipping and Dye Sublimation Finishing . Our business is fast paced, exciting and dynamic. Each item put through the plant is special and unique to the end customer.

The ideal candidate will have

• Proven experience working in a fast paced digital finishing role
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• A keen eye for quality
• Previous experience within the photo imaging space and familiarity with the processes involved in the manufacturing of products such as Photobooks, Canvas, Gifts and Calendars
• Flexible with work hours - Public transport is limited so you may be required to commute using your own transport
• The ability to learn new tasks quickly will be a significant advantage
• Ability to stay focussed on a daily performance target
• Punctual, reliable and respectful of your team and colleagues
