Role

We are looking for fully qualified motor mechanics with experience in carrying out scheduled maintenance services, detecting and diagnosing faults in engines and parts, dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanism and other components, testing and adjusting mechanical parts, inspecting vehicles for road worthiness, repairing and replacing worn or defective parts, etc.  

To be successful in this role, you must also have an excellent customer service and people skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.

Salary package includes a generous bonus plan, overtime pay, as well as staff discounts, laundered uniforms, etc.  The workshop carries the latest equipment, and scan tools, and the company offers opportunities for skills development and career progression.

Requirements  

• Australian trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Motor Mechanic or its equivalent 
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a qualified motor mechanic 
• Valid driver's licence
• Excellent technical abilities and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and work ethic
