This family run business specialises in the production of the most amazing, delicious donuts. We pride ourselves with donut quality and freshness. We are looking for an experienced baker/pastry cook, to join our fast paced team at our factory in Brooklyn, Vic.

About the role

As a Production Team Member you will be responsible for;

• Making donuts from raw ingredients
• Preparing donuts for decoration
• Piping donuts with creams and custards
• Decorating donuts
• Keeping the production area clean and tidy
• Washing up equipment as required

Skills and experience

Proven experience in the retail baking or pastry cook field, including:

• At least one year of proven piping experience (an essential requirement);
• Previous dough making skills;
• Ability to work within a team environment;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
• Efficient time management skills;
• Ability to work night shift and on weekends.
