We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Fitters for a mix of ongoing and permanent roles. Our well-established clients require those candidate who have good all-round mechanical and maintenance fitting skills.
The roles that we currently have on offer are working within industrial and FMCG manufacturing/ production environments. We are looking for candidates who can work autonomously and can make decisions on the go. The successful applicants will have a great attitude to work, be reliable and show a high level of initiative.
Essential requirements for these positions include:
- Australian Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification
- Confidence and experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Proven post-trade experience in an industrial automation environment
- The ability to work autonomously, alone or part of a team of maintenance staff
- Additional electrical qualifications are not essential but will be highly regarded.

2x TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITIES - DAY OR AFTERNOON - WESTERN SYDNEY
- Meat processing industry
- Western Sydney location
- Temp to Permanent Opportunity
- Ongoing and breakdown maintenance of processing machinery and conveyor systems
- Some General fabrication - Stainless work
- Overtime and Regular Saturdays
- Previous experience working within an FMCG/food/beverage environment essential
DAYSHIFT - TEMP TO PERM ROLE MAINTENANCE FITTER - CARDBOARD / PACKAGING
- Manufacturing plant processing Cardboard products
- Permanent opportunity for the right candidate
- MUST be a confident with troubleshooting faults and can work at a fast pace.
- Western Sydney Location
- Regular overtime available
BEVERAGE INDUSTRY - NIGHTSHIFT MAINTENANCE FITTER
- Beverage and bottling site
- Temp to perm Opportunity
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance, breakdowns, Managing PM’s and handing over to Dayshift team.
- Experience in Food or Beverage or other clean FMCG Environments preferred.
- Bottling, labelling or packaging experience a plus!
