We are well-known throughout our industry for our broad selection of quality products and our knowledgeable pre and post sales servicing team. We sell a wide range of packaging machines and materials. including heat sealers, vacuum packers, strapping machines and pallet wrappers.
About the Role
In this position you will work in a small team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the busy Machine Servicing and Spare Parts supply. This includes pre-servicing of new packaging machines, assisting with the management of spare parts, and trouble shooting customer machine queries and orders. There will be some instances where you will be required to make customer site service calls, using the Company vehicle. You will also be required to complete daily administration tasks, such as customer invoices and regularly take customer phone calls and pick orders as required.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in obtaining this position you should have the following:
- Experience working with the pre-servicing of machines - with demonstrated light electrical and light mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge and interest in the workings of small to medium sized packaging machines
- Excellent customer service and written English skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills
