Job tasks and responsibilities

We need strong dynamic Brow Expert Manager with a total commitment and proven success to delivering retail sales growth and service excellence and highly demonstrable ambition to succeed with the ability to build and drive the sales teams.

This is full time position based in Myer Melbourne.

The key responsibility is to manage a team of Beauty Advisors and Brow Experts whilst maintaining solid working relationships with our department store retail partner.

Reporting to the Store Business Manager, a day in the life will entail;

• Liaising and negotiating with Stores Management for sales support
• Setting, tracking and driving sales and service goals in line with company expectations
• Coordination and management of product launches and promotions
• Sales reporting, stock management and merchandising
• Leading by example as head 'Brand Ambassador'
• Actively attracting new customers and maintaining our existing loyal customer base
• Required to lead a team of 8-10 staff
• Delivering on KPI's and sales goals, must be efficient in coaching not only on the beauty service but on selling product
• Brow Waxing and Brow Tinting

Working approximately 38 hours per week, you will be expected to participate in alternate late night trade and weekend shifts and will be encouraged to 'flex up' during peak periods and events.

Skills and experience

You will have;

• Minimum 2 year experience in a competitive sales environment
• Minimum 2 year in a management position with a least 3 direct reports
• Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification is a must

• An excellent communicator with strong negotiations & customer service skills
• Commercially aware with solid business acumen
• Resilient and adaptive to change and challenge
