About the role

Position duties include:

• Responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the store, including tyre fitting and wheel alignments 
• Coordinating the commercial onsite work and communication with service fitters 
• Stock management and control, including ordering stock 
• Preparation of invoices and other finance arrangements
• Generating sales through contact with new and existing customers
• Meet and manage sales targets 
• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained 
• Management of staff

Skills and experience

The applicant MUST:

• Have current drivers licence
• Have commercial tyre experience 
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills preferred 
• Possess wheel alignment experience 
• Be self motivated and have excellent time management skills 
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and have an excellent phone manner
• Have the ability to supervise and motivate staff
