Ever growing company who have been in the trade for over 20 years. My client is a medium sized organisation with around 8 factory staff. Recently an opening has risen for a skilled Joinery Factory Manger to head up the team on a permanent basis
Skills / What you need for the Role
- Have 5 years+ trade experience to confidently handle the management of a joinery factory and over see the production of materials
- Have experience in Cabinet Making (at least 3 years) /trade qualified preferred
- Have had supervisory experience previously
- Ability to share your knowledge and train junior staff members
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
In Return:
