A new exciting role exists for a Warranty Administrator to join our highly successful Eagers Mazda team located at Newstead.

Applicants must be well groomed and have good communication and time management skills. The successful applicant will take pride in offering the highest levels of customer service and will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Service Manager to drive and maximise productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Previous ERAnet experience will be an advantage.

To become part of our successful team, you'll be required to:

  • Process all warranty & good-will claims in a timely manner
  • Complete warranty claims to manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all requested parts
  • Keep and maintain a warranty claim register
  • File all warranty Repair Orders
  • File all correspondence, service letters, technical bulletins and standard repair time guides
  • Discuss all policy write offs with Service Manager
  • Maintain clear direction on factory policy decisions
  • Maintain positive relationships with manufacture representatives
  • Assist service manager on daily operation of service department
