Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role:

• Manage Technical reports from dealer network 

• Assisting dealers to resolve any concerns raised with service, warranty and technical areas.

• Assisting dealers in the field with service, warranty and technical issues.

• Plan and conduct dealer field visits when required to assist dealers resolving Technical issues. 

• Ensure dealers comply with all Companies policy and procedures relating to service, warranty, parts and training.

• Define dealership staff training requirements and work in conjunction with Aftersales Director and training provider to develop courses.          

• Liaise with Company and dealers regarding customer care issues. 

• Liaise with Warranty Administrator and facilitate training, audit/compliance requests.

• Communicate and assist with issues pertaining to vehicle distribution and logistics including surveying.

• Liaise with factory on technical, training and dealer issues in conjunction with Aftersales Director.

• Provide assistance with technical documentation and work directly with Aftersales Director

• Frequent travel as require to rectify Technical Field issues and ensure they are resolved

• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Required Experience & Educational background:

  • Automotive Mechanical or Electrical licence essential
  • Proven track record supporting dealer network in a technical capacity
  • Experience and understanding of the automotive OEM service procedures and systems used
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Comfortable with travelling
