We are currently seeking casual Site Inspectors to work for one of our favourite clients who are Asset Management Specialists. These roles will be based in and around Melbourne with some rural sites throughout the state of Victoria.
This role will see you travelling from site to site inspecting buildings and their facilities and collecting data in electronic hand held devices. You must have your own transport and be happy to travel to various sites as required. In particular we are seeking candidates with experience with an Electrical or Electronics background working on Rail Infrastructure.
The following skills and experience are desired for these roles:
- Current drivers licence and own transport
- 10 yearsTrade experience – Electrical, Air-conditioning and plumbing highly regarded
- Previous experience working as an Inspector or a Building Consultant highly regarded
- Previous work experience working within the Rail Corridor / hold a RIWC
- Construction White Card
- Project Management experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Happy to work in a team as well as on your own at times
These are casual roles however you will, where possible, be provided with full-time hours for the duration of the project.
