Club Assist partners with the NRMA to provide their Members with the legendary roadside assistance NRMA is famous for.
Drake Australia are currently looking for a limited number of qualified, motivated mechanics for permanent opportunities with Club Assist to work across the Sydney Metropolitan area in the roadside assistance team serving the NRMA, based at their Brookvale hub.
We are looking for customer-focused, flexible individuals with the skills and ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle issues. You’ll need to use technical knowledge to re-mobilise vehicles, while maintaining a focus on member satisfaction, so if you love helping people especially in their time of need then this is the opportunity for you.

To be successful in obtaining a position, you will possess:
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to show a personalised and caring approach with members providing calm and assurance
- Utilise your diagnostic skills on a variety of car models
- Valid Motor Vehicle Tradesperson certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster - includes day, afternoon, and night shifts
