Garry and Warren Smith Honda require the services of an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy service department full-time. 

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll be required to:

• Provide outstanding customer service by managing customers' needs and expectations, therefore ensuring an exceptional customer experience. 
• Liaise with the entire service team to ensure customer vehicles are serviced and delivered on time and all work performed is fully explained to the customer. 

The ideal candidate will possess: 

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, personable and friendly
• Self-motivation
• Organisational skills
• Sound computer skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A current drivers licence
• Honda experience advantageous but not essential
