QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Trade qualification of at least 5 years skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to clearly communicate with the automotive repair staff and a broad range of stakeholders
MATHEMATICAL and REASONING SKILLS
- Ability to inspect cars, record appropriate details and apply contemporary technologies and processes for vehicle repair as relevant to panel beating
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Familiarity with insurance company procedures
- Capacity to work under pressure to deadlines
- Capacity to work well within a team environment
- Effective time management and priority setting skills
- Attention to detail
