A vacancy currently exists for an experienced Trade Technician to join The Cat Rental Store based at Regency Park. The role requires a high level of autonomy with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair a wide range of Caterpillar earthmoving equipment as well as other manufacturers' equipment. The successful applicant will predominantly work in the workshop with a variety of field work necessary when required.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintenance and repair of a range of earthmoving and construction equipment
- Fault finding and diagnostics on earthmoving and construction equipment
- Adherence to a high level of safety and contamination control standards
Skills and experience required include:
- Relevant trade qualification essential
- Current and valid driver's licence essential
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with earthmoving equipment is essential
