THE POSITION
We are seeking Full time Security Officers who have corporate Security or Concierge experience. The ideal candidates will have a strong customer service focus and a professional mannerism. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high quality frontline customer service and support;
- Risk identification and issue resolution;
- Working within a team environment;
- The ability and confidence to work on your own;
- General security duties including administration tasks;
- Providing concierge or reception services;
- Building and maintaining tenant and client relationships.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);

Ability to work a rotating roster;

Control Room Licence would be looked upon favourably;

First Aid Qualification;
- Strong report writing and computer skills;
- Professional personal presentation;
- Exceptional work attendance.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 12 months experience in Corporate/ Concierge security;
- The ability and confidence to liaise and build relationships with onsite clients;
- A current & valid Victorian Security Licence
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence, and own transport;
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia;
- Intermediate computer literacy;
- Knowledge of EWIS panels.
