My Client is a large international organization specializing in tires into varying markets in Australia wide. With over 30 years experience selling into mining, industrial, agricultural and automotive sectors predominantly.
Through strategic planning and development, my client is now one of the go to tire companies on a global scale. Due to increased activity my client is now looking for an Area Operations Manager to help and support a team of successful Account Managers growing the company’s profitability.
Role:
Reporting directly to the NSW Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of my client’s fleet contacts while monitoring operations parameters with end users and device providers.
The role will be focusing on the transport and automotive market and will be heavily focused on account development and management, servicing a number of existing customers.
The candidate:
My client would like to see candidates that offer:
- A strong understanding of the transport market - Open on product, but candidates from any mechanical field will be considered
- A good technical understanding
- The ability to work autonomously
- A high level of drive and passion and the want to progress internally
- Customer service and/or clients’ facing experience
- A full driving licence
