Pedders Suspension is an Australian owned and operated company with over 120 locations Australia wide. We are made up of motivated, fun and experienced individuals who operate in a supportive and close network.

An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Store Manager to join our Mornington store.

We're looking for someone who has a strong sales background and a proven ability to manage and develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small team.

To be successful in this role, you'll also need to demonstrate:

• Clear communication skills
• The ability to influence, encourage and lead your team to achieve goals
• Excellent time management and the ability to deal with competing priorities and delegate
• A natural sales and achievement focused work ethic with proven and demonstrated past sales achievements
• Automotive experience preferred but not essential

The role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in cars and is passionate about the Pedders brand and products.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

• Actively developing and building relationships with retail and trade customers
• Ensuring the commercial financial viability by achieving agreed budgets, sales and margin targets to maximise store profitability
• Demonstrating a constructive leadership style to motivate and support your team to achieve store targets
• Maintaining Pedders store standards, including compliance to OH&S and other company policies
• Assisting in the workshop and being "hands-on" when required
