About the Company;
We are currently working with a national construction contractor in Sydney seeking an experienced electrical service technician to join their commercial property team.
The company currently employs 40 staff who only operate with-in commercial and industrial service - No domestic! A majority of their sites will be large static sites or shopping centres as they currently work with some of Australia’s facilities management companies.
Due to the structure of the business they can offer plenty of career development, overtime and the option for a vehicle allowance.
You will also be required to work on
Day to Day duties;
- Preventative maintenance on commercial buildings;
- Attending service calls and break downs;
- Liaising with clients and facilities managers;
- Travelling to Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Hurstville and Western Suburbs;
- Management of onsite materials;
- Mentoring apprentices and junior staff;
- Day to day management of your service portfolio.
Selection Criteria;
- Understanding of OHS
- Two years relevant commercial experience
- Electrical trade qualification
- Two recent references
- Current Australian driver’s license
- Current resident of the country - client cannot offer sponsorship
