This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Agricultural Machinery Service Technician and a Small Engine Mechanic, who may be looking for a 'tree change' and wanting to enjoy the tropical North Queensland lifestyle, with the reassurance of a stable and rewarding career.

Tolga is located in the Atherton Tablelands, less than an hour away from Cairns International Airport.  You will be a stone’s throw from the iconic Kuranda Rainforest and a short drive to Palm Cove and Trinity Beach, where the rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef.  A perfect location for someone who really does want the best of both worlds.

If you have:

• A Diesel Fitter or relevant trade qualification (we are also prepared to upskill suitable candidates with a Cert III in Light Vehicle)
• Sound fault finding and diagnostic skills
• The ability to work on and maintain a wide range of machinery
• Previous John Deere or Agricultural Machinery experience (this is preferred but not essential as we are able to provide state of the art specialist product training)
• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
