Team Leader , Landscape Gardener Horticulturist

Pepo Botanic Design is now a team of landscape designers, landscape architects, visual artists, horticulturists and construction professionals.

The team have worked with hundreds of clients to develop their gardens, courtyards, balconies, restaurants, rural retreats and outdoor spaces.

We are a hard working team that services high end eastern suburbs properties and we are looking for talented and motivated individuals.

This is a full time, senior permanent position working Monday to Friday.Job tasks and Skills

• Maintain and care for gardens to the highest possible standard
• Help development existing garden to the best they can be
• Hedging and Pruning (by hand and machinery)
• Knowledge of plants
• Knowledge pests and diseases and treatment
• Basic irrigation knowledge
• Implementation of planting plans
• Previous experience (2 years +) and/or Certificate III Horticulture
• Responsible for vehicles and tools maintenance

Other factors

• Excellent communication skills with staff and customers
• Reliable and Punctual
• Eye for details and ability to work within set time frames
• Tree pruning experience (desirable)
• Capable of working unsupervised and highly motivated
• Clean Drivers Licence
• Wanting to contribute to the team as a whole and develop individual skills
