About the position
This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of an organisation that is breaking new ground in non-surgical cosmetic technologies. Due to rapid growth, we're looking for an accomplished Dermal Beauty Clinician that has a passion for training and sharing their expert knowledge in Beauty Technology with our Clients. No training experience is required, however it would be advantageous.
Your future here
Your role will be focused on providing our Clients with cutting edge training on a range of Beauty Technology Devices. With over 25 devices to date, we are passionate about ensuring we have the latest Beauty Technology available to our Clients. If you are excited about the prospect of working with advanced Beauty Technology that is new to the market, this position has your name on it!
Specific duties include:
- Responsible for Facilitating both Classroom based and one on one Training for our clients in the use of our Beauty Technology including IPL, Laser RF and other non-surgical cosmetic technologies
- Facilitate training to a diverse client base from medical professionals, high-end Skin Clinics to home based salons
- Review existing and develop new web based Learning, offering flexibility to our clients to complete training remotely
- Development and creation of Training Resources and Tools, including Videos to enhance our Clients learning
Skills & Requirements
- Extensive industry experience using a range of Beauty Technology
- Qualification in Dermal Science is desirable
- A customer focused approach with demonstrable ability to develop rapport and build relationships
- Personal Vehicle Required
- Regular Regional NSW and Interstate Travel Required
