Operations Manager / Supervisor | Vehicle Parts

Our client is a reputable trade focussed automotive aftermarket dealer network providing customers with competitive prices for the biggest brands, expert friendly service, and fast efficient delivery. 

They are now looking for an Operations Manager / Supervisor to join their company in Penrith, NSW, with the potential to earn a negotiable salary based on experience + Super + Bonuses. 

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the daily runnings of the business, provide excellent customer service and work towards the overall growth of the business. 

Reporting directly to the Business Owner some of your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all monthly targets are achieved
• Staffing responsibilities including rosters and employee management
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and suppliers
• Growing and maintaining trade business sales across the nominated areas
• Stock management including purchase ordering, stock takes, housekeeping of warehouses

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor/Manager in a Spare Parts environment, fantastic customer service, and leadership skills. Additionally, mechanical aptitude and knowledge would be essential for this position.
