MLA Holdings Pty Ltd is the exclusive importer and distributor of Mitsubishi Forklifts and Heavy Container Handling Trucks in Australia.
Due to continual growth of our Sydney service business we are currently seeking experienced Workshop Mechanics / Field Service Technicians to work at our Waratah Site Workshop and Field Service on a permanent basis.
Experience in the forklift industry with diesel, LPG and battery electric skills is preferred but not obligatory.
In order to be successful for this role you must highlight the following criteria in your application:
- Trade Certificate (Plant Mechanic)
- Minimum 5 years experience with heavy equipment
- Experience in both IC and Electrics
- Experienced in diagnosing & repairing heavy equipment
- Excellent knowledge of diagnosing & repairing electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulic circuits including scheduling maintenance
- Strong communication skills verbally and written with attention to detail
- Complete service dockets, inspection reports, pre start sheets and equipment damage report with accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be a safety driven individual with thorough knowledge of all WHS policies and procedures, including hazard identification & risk assessment training
- MR or HR truck license is an advantage
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner as a representative of MLA
- Take pride in your work and presentation
- High levels of customer service
- LPG certification would be highly regarded
