About the role
Tynan Motors are currently seeking Automotive Parts Interpreters to join our multi franchised Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity to put your people skills to good use and become a valuable member of our parts team.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound sales for the Parts Department
- Providing excellent customer service to inbound calls by providing quotes, product information and support
- Maintaining customer database
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Parts Interpretation for Trade customers from our wholesale call centre
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in the Automotive Industry
- Current DMS provider is Pentana and candidates exposed to this system would also be highly regarded.
- Previous dealership experience would be preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of parts catalogues
- Current NSW Drivers License
