The MJH Group are reaching out to potential Carpenters looking to assist with warranty work on sub-contracting basis. The successful applicant must be an experienced Carpenter with knowledge of all facets of the residential building industry.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Service and Warranty Manager this role is responsible for carrying out defect rectification work on our homes in line with our contractual requirements and standards.  As the Warranty Carpenter you will need to have an eye for detail, along with an ability to complete a wide range of defects. This is a critical role to ensure we deliver on quality and provide our customers with the home they have always dreamed of.  To excel in this role, you will need to have a passion for maintenance and customer service.

The Person

• Qualified Carpenter by trade?
• Excellent overall knowledge of the new home building processes
• An ability to communication with clients and various teams to provide information and updates on jobs
• An ability to prioritise effectively whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail
• A full drives licence as you will be required to travel to and from jobs in the  Sydney Region as scheduled. Fully equipped vehicle is included in the package. The successful applicant must have their  own tool supply?
• A positive attitude with the ability to work by yourself or within a team
• Be a confident team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to build rapport and treat our customers with sensitivity, empathy and integrity
