About the Role
Are you a motivated individual who takes pride in their work?
At Maroondah Landscapes Honesty, Integrity, Passion combined with a solid work ethic & a can-do attitude are essential.
This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication & leadership skills that has a high level of enthusiasm towards the landscaping & horticultural profession.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Hands on role
- All aspects of hard and soft landscaping including survey/set out, paving, stone work, brick work and retaining walls
- All aspects from Pool Building (Highly commended)
- Timber Construction Of Outdoor Rooms and Decking
- Administration & project management duties
- Ability to give direction, to read and interpret plans/specifications and to quality control projects
- Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
- Ability to lead a team
Required skills & experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Qualification in Landscape Construction
- Current drivers license
- Construction Card
- Knowledge of safe work practices, with current OH&S white card (First aid cert is desirable)
- Excavator & Skid Steer License
- Truck License (MR) = BONUS
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply for one)
