THE COMPANY:
Our client (under new management) is a multi - franchised leader in automotive retail and service, and is looking to add an experienced Service Manager to their team in Orange. Your core responsibility will be to ensure the workshop and associated teams are working efficiently, productively and safely to maximise customer vehicle downtime.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ownership of the performance and daily activity of the Service department
- Maximise and maintain growth opportunities while ensuring the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner
- Ensuring achievement of all targets
- Overall productivity of the team and ensuring all work has been completed and quality checked to high standards
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience working as a Service Manager in the automotive industry
- Great people and leadership skills to lead and motivate the Service team
- Sound knowledge of workshop procedures
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Hardworking, committed and highly organised
- Current driver's license
