HVTC Hunter is an expert in the employment and training of apprentices and trainees in the local region.
Our Host Company, Origin / Eraring Power Station are looking for motivated and career focused applicants that are eager to commence and complete trade qualifications in Cert III Electrotechnology.
About the role
The successful applicants will gain practical experience through on the job training and complete formal trade qualifications. This will be supported by formal training through a Registered Training Organisaiton.
Selection Criteria
- A demonstrated interest and passion for the electrical trades
- Strong Maths, Science and English results
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport
- A high level of safety awareness
- WHS Construction Induction (White Card)
- HSC preferred but not essential
