About the business:
We are currently working alongside a well-recognised mechanical business who operate on a national scale and run a highly profitable service division. Due to continued workload, they are now looking to employ a Service Supervisor on a permanent basis.
Based in Sydney’s west, this business has contracts throughout the Sydney region and are recognised for their professionalism and company perks such as team networking events and work/life balances.
Roles & responsibilities:
Reporting into your Service Manager, your day to day duties will consist of the following:
- Managing and motivating a strong team of Service Technicians
- Creating purchase orders
- Managing invoices
- Scheduling breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance for clients

Selection Criteria;
- Trade Qualified - HVAC
- Understanding of OHS policies
- Excellent management skills
- Strong work ethic
- Experience within commercial service
- The ability to manage 8-12 Technicians
