Based on the Central Coast of NSW, Arcadian Organic & Natural Meat Co is a market leader in the organic meat processing industry. We are currently seeking a casual Butcher/Boner to join our team of Butchers.

To be successful in this role you will have;

Demonstrated experience as a Butcher/ Boner/Knife Hand;
Minimum Cert III in Meat Processing or similar qualifications;
Experience in a fast paced meat room environment;
The ability to perform physical work in a refrigerated environment.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday with a start time from 4.30am.

We are seeking an individual who is available for an immediate start.
