HVTC Hunter are seeking expressions of interest from candidates interested in completing their Electrotechnology or Engineering Mechanical trade qualifications.

HVTC Hunter is an expert in the employment and training of apprentices and trainees in the local region.

Origin Eraring Power Station are looking for motivated and career focused applicants that are eager to complete trade qualifications in;

• Cert III Engineering Mechanical - 3rd year apprentices
• Cert III Electrotechnology - 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprentices

About the role
The successful applicants will gain practical experience through on the job training and complete formal trade qualifications. This will be supported by formal training through a Registered Training Organisaiton.

Selection Criteria

• A demonstrated interest and passion for Electrical and Engineering trades
• Completion of HSC or Pre-Trade equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Commitment to trade qualification completion
• WHS Construction Induction (White Card)
• Current drivers license
• A high level of safety awareness
• A trustworthy and reliable work ethic
