Currently in our 34th year in business and now with over 60 staff, JD Security is a technology focused electronic security provider that services our national commercial customers from our own Grade A1 security monitoring centre and Head Office in Wetherill Park NSW. We are known by both suppliers and customers as an industry leader in security solutions through our in house team. We are seeking the full time services of an experienced service coordinator or manager to join our expanding technical team in NSW.

The successful applicant shall possess:
- Previous experience as a service coordinator
- Previous Security Industry experience or experience using Simpro software.
- Demonstrated ability in coordinating appropriate technical personnel for the service job
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- The ability to give direction and support to field staff
The role will involve:
- Creation and management of service tickets through our job management system, Simpro
- Scheduling of labour to ensure the most efficient delivery of service calls
- Liaising with customers on technical and service matters.
- Daily communications with and following up of service technicians
- Invoicing and parts management
- Liaising with our Technical Director and project managers.
- Attending training courses
This role could be ideally suited to a security technician who wants an office based career.
