We are seeking an enthusiastic Specialist HVAC Essential Services Testing Technician to complement our Essential Services Team.
This position will be based in our Moorebank NSW office, however you may be required to travel periodically across Australia.
The Specialist Technician role involves;
- Carrying out Essential Services testing and certification of mechanical services assets that control smoke to allow for the safe egress for building occupants when a building is in a fire situation
- Carry out repairs identified whilst carrying out the above tasks
- Preparing essential service test reports
To be successful in your application for this role you will ideally possess, however not essential;
- Electrical Trade Qualification and applicable licences
- Refrigeration Trade Qualifications and applicable licences
- Your willingness to work outside of normal business hours i.e. weekends
- Current Drivers Licence
- OHS Construction Induction Card
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Acquire favourable Police Check
- Work autonomously, be self-motivated and think practically with minimal direct supervision
- Be well presented and reliable
- General Computer Skills - Word, Excel
