Hills Health Solutions is has enjoyed solid growth over the last 18months, we are currently delivering Nurse Call and Patient Entertainment Systems to major health and aged care projects in NSW and around Australia. 

As a result of our growth we are looking for a self-starting, customer focused Service Technician with Nurse Call and Patient Entertainment experience or proven applicable experience in a similar industry

Based out of our Lidcombe office reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work as an integral part of our team servicing our systems installed in hospital and aged care facilities in NSW.

This role is largely field based and as such will involve a mix of metro and regional travel. This is not necessarily an 8:30am to 5pm role, you may be required to start early or finish late depending on customer requirements. Participation in the After Hours On-call Roster is an expectation. There may be a requirement to travel interstate on occasion.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment where work is shared to achieve deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Industry experience in Electronics / IT or comparable applicable experience
  • Current drivers licence
  • White Card and other OH&S compliances accreditation
  • Be able to pass police checks required to work in Acute and Aged Care facilities
