About the role
As a Clinic Manager at Clearskincare Clinics you will be provided with extensive ongoing training and support on all our medical grade equipment and treatments. You will also be trained on how to run a successful clinic and team!
- Lead a team of 4 – 8 skin & laser therapists
- Build a successful high performing team with a great atmosphere and culture
- Meet & exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Day to day management of your own clinic
If you are as passionate about running a successful team and delivering exceptionally high customer service with the best client results as we are you will love what you do and do what you love!
About you
You are a natural leader and thrive off supporting, mentoring and motivating others around you! You will possess a positive and professional personality and work well as part of team with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Cert 4 or Diploma in beauty therapy
- 1 – 2 years previous management experience
- Previous experience performing advanced skin and laser treatments advantageous
