The opportunity: Automotive Electrician, based in Mandurah area
We are seeking an experienced full-time Automotive Electrician to supervise and install mining technology. This role is based in the Mandurah area, requiring travel to South-West sites.
About the position:
- Install operational technologies to heavy mobile and light vehicle equipment
- Supervise installations on mining equipment and light vehicles
- Document processes and identify areas for improvement
- Training and change management activities for project delivery
- Ongoing maintenance support for mining technologies
- Responding to and maintain customer support ticketing system
- Maintain configurations of mining systems
- Monday to Friday, nominal 40-hour work week, may vary with project work/requirements
- Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated
What you will need for this role:
- Experience working on mine sites, heavy vehicle experience desired
- Trade certification as an Automotive Electrician
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as an Automotive Electrician
- Medium to high computer literacy
- Ability to work to strict OHS guidelines; adherence to fitness for work policies
- Current Western Australian drivers licence
