A well-established fire protection contractor seeks technicians to install and commission large fire detection and warning systems.
Due to continued growth and recent project wins with Tier 1 clients, you will join an experienced team who install and commission fire protection systems in commercial, industrial, residential buildings and other facilities throughout Sydney and NSW.
The company is seeking both experienced technicians along with those who have limited experience.
Trade assistants are encouraged to apply. Training is also available so you can advance your career in the fire protection industry.
Essential requirements:-
- Experience installing fire alarm and warning systems, or general electrical work;
- Building industry WH&S qualified (Construction Induction White Card);
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence
- A pleasant and cooperative manner;
- Ability to follow instructions, and work without constant supervision;
- Punctual and reliable.
Beneficial requirements:-
- Knowledge of relevant Fire Industry Codes and Standards; &
- Electrical Trade qualification.
You must be diligent, hard working and have good communication skills. You must have constant focus on safety.
This is a permanent full time position with wages and conditions exceeding Award and industry standard. Fully maintained company vehicle for the experienced technician. Overtime is available.
