About the Park
Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola is a premium mixed-use community located approximately 136km south of Wollongong on the popular NSW South Coast. It includes both annual sites and tourism cabins and sites situated on 21 hectares. Superior facilities include a water park, tennis courts, boating facilities, café, children's playground and barbeque areas. A new permanent living precinct is being added to this community and on completion will consist of 114 new homes and new community facilities.
About the Position
The primary responsibility of the Grounds and Maintenance Officer is to maintain the appearance of the park and newly built lifestyle village, and attend to any maintenance issues as they arise. Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
As Grounds and Maintenance Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment and machinery
- Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities; including fixing toilets and unhinged doors
- Ensuring the village is maintained and presented at a high standard at all times
- Garden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high quality condition
- Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins, pool maintenance and garden restoration
- Act as relief Bus Driver on occasion
About You
- Previous experience working in a grounds/maintenance role
- Full 'C' class drivers licence and MR licence preferred
- Ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team
- Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to details
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
