We are looking for 1st & 2nd Year Apprentices (no experience necessary) to join TONI&GUY Salons across NSW. We have openings in

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client services and ensuring a smooth and seamless operation of the client's experience whilst also maintaining the professional and vibrant image of TONI&GUY. Key responsibilities include:

Greeting clients, providing refreshments and helping to maintain the salon appearance - ensuring the reception area is prepared and presented to the highest standard

Assisting Stylists and Technicians with client services

Shampooing and conditioning the client's hair, applying hair treatments and head massages

Attending formal in-house training sessions as required

Assist with completing stock orders and frequently check for product inventory

Educate clients about the existing services that are available at TONI&GUY

Provide recommendations for products to clients at the salon
What are we looking for?

No experience is required, personality is what we want!

Impeccable grooming and an impressive telephone manner

Excellent prioritisation skills and high attention to detail

Ability to multitask between different tasks at hand while working under pressure during busy periods

You must be passionate about the hairdressing industry and keen to learn from experienced stylists and technicians

Stay ahead of hairdressing trends and continually striving to grow!

Ability to adapt to different electronic management systems
