Our client offers a wide range of security services delivered by highly experienced and qualified experts. We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated scheduler to join thier team on a full time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a scheduling superstar with a positive attitude to really make their mark. This is a growing company with plenty of career progression for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and update the security officer timetable
- developing and maintaining cost effective rosters within a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Communicate effectively with clients & different internal departments
- Identify risks and deliverables and manage these effectively.
- Provide timely analysis and reporting to support the team
- Reconciliation and reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Skills and experience required:
- Certificate II in Security Operations / NSW Security Licence (1AC)
- Current First Aid Certificate or the willingness to obtain one
- Advanced MS Office skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem solving capabilities
- An ability to remain highly motivated and organised
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
