2XM Recruit requires an experienced Electrical Test Technician.
In brief, work shall involve the testing of Equipment, Cables, Connections & Electrical Components on Rollingstock. While you will be offered clear work instructions and familiarization with the equipment beforehand you must possess a strong work ethic and technical strengths to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
Along with these attributes you will require:
- Trade Certificate in Electrical discipline (eg Electrotechnology) and/or Queensland Electrical Licence
- Commercial experience as an Electrical Technician on complex equipment
- Electrical experience in Heavy Industry, Marine, Aerospace, Mining & Rail/Rollingstock industry (i.e. on-train experience advantageous)
- Experience in Testing
Additionally, you will be subject to a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.
